ประกาศผลกันไปเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วเมื่อช่วงเช้าที่ผ่านมา (จันทร์ที่ 6 ม.ค.ตามเวลาประเทศไทย) สำหรับรางวัลลูกโลกทองคำ 2020

โดยรางวัลลูกโลกทองคำ (หรือ Golden Globes) ของสมาคมผู้สื่อข่าวต่างประเทศฮอลลีวู้ดในปีนี้จัดขึ้นเป็นปีที่ 77 ยังคงได้รับความสนใจจากคอภาพยนตร์และคอซีรี่ส์เช่นเคยว่าใครจะเป็นผู้คว้ารางวัลนี้ไปครองบ้าง

ซึ่งปรากฎว่า Once Upon a Time in Hollywood ของผู้กำกับ Quentin Tarantino คว้ารางวัลใหญ่ในปีนี้ไป 3 รางวัลได้แก่ ภาพยนตร์ยอดเยี่ยมประเภทเพลงหรือตลก, นักแสดงสมทบชายยอดเยี่ยมจาก Brad Pitt และบทภาพยนตร์ยอดเยี่ยมจาก Tarantino

หนังสงครามดราม่าของ Sam Mendes เรื่อง 1917 หนังที่นำตัวละครจากหนังสือการ์ตูนมาสร้างของ Todd Phillips เรื่อง Joker และหนังชีวประวัติของ Elton John เรื่อง Rocketman คว้าไปเรื่องละ 2 รางวัล

ขณะที่หนังเกาหลีใต้ขวัญใจนักวิจารณ์เรื่อง Parasite ของ Bong Joon-ho คว้ารางวัลภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศยอดเยี่ยมไปครองตามความคาดหมาย

ในส่วนรางวัลประเภทซีรี่ส์ปรากฎว่า Chernobyl และ Succession ของ HBO รวมถึง Fleabag ของ Amazon หอบรางวัลปีนี้กลับบ้านไปเรื่องละ 2 รางวัล
